The clown featherback, clown knifefish, or spotted knifefish, Chitala ornata, is a nocturnal tropical fish with a long, knife-like body. This knifefish is native to freshwater habitats in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam, but it has also been introduced to regions outside its native range.
Come and experience the fun of hooking one of these amazing acrobatic exotics! With its powerful tug, and jumps like Tarpon will dazzle your eyes!
● Interesting fact: Clown Featherback or Clown Knife fish are quite remarkable to watch when they swim, as they are just as comfortable swimming backwards as they are going forwards, and they are amazingly flexible .
